1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts between NovaCon Ads, Carl-Zeiss-Straße 14-18, 65520 Bad Camberg, and the client concerning online marketing services, in particular Google Ads management, Meta Ads management, SEO and content marketing.

2. Subject of the Contract

The scope of services follows from the individual agreement (offer/order). NovaCon Ads renders the agreed services to the best of its knowledge and belief, observing the current best practices in online marketing.

3. Contract Term and Termination

Unless agreed otherwise, the minimum term is 3 months. Thereafter the contract is extended on a monthly basis and may be terminated giving 30 days' notice to the end of the month.

4. Remuneration and Payment Terms

Remuneration is governed by the individual offer. Invoices fall due within 14 days of the invoice date. The advertising budgets for Google Ads and Meta Ads are paid by the client directly to the platforms.

5. Liability

NovaCon Ads is liable only for damage caused by intentional or grossly negligent conduct. No guarantee can be given for specific placements, rankings or conversions, as these depend on external factors.

6. Final Provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. The place of jurisdiction is Bad Camberg. Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
